JOAQUÍN BALSEIRO CORNEJO

He arrived in Olmeda around 1965 along with other intellectuals related to the Iberia Company, such as Alberto Moreno Balaguer.

Without being a painter of origin, he ended up being attracted to the rest of the group with whom he had great proximity and influence. He began exhibiting in 1980.

He created his own aesthetic reality apart from all academicism and "he has painted the skies of Olmeda like no one else"

He settled in Olmeda in 1965, where he stayed for fourteen years where he surrounded himself with intellectuals, writers and the many artists that have characterized the history of Olmeda so much.
